I WONDER WHAT IS NEXT?
These guys really seem to know what they are doing! I started with their free app iBPM+ a year ago and at the time had to use their $150 hardware device called SMHEART LINK to enable heart rate monitoring on my iPhone. It was kind of big and had to be recharged and used a klunky ad hoc Wi-Fi connection to communicate with my iPhone. Nevertheless, it was really cool to have my iPhone track my cardio exercise. Now with their new $80 hardware device called Digifit Connect you simply insert it into the Dock connector (like Nike+ but better). You do have to pay for their new apps but they too are getting progressively better and now work on the iPad. I may just have to get an iPad now!
